24 volt battery back up for new MP40 Vortechs

As title says, I have a 24v battery back up with >100 amp hours. Typical Ecotech supplied back up is 12v wrapped motorcycle battery at 12 volts.

Would it be a problem to run 24v to the back up to emergency power supply plug? I can solve polarity of system. I am just checking if the 24v will be OK. I know others have used wrong power supply brick (older 24v ) instead of newer 32v and it ran without wifi functionality. Ecotech is a bit useless in directly providing support outside the provided battery. aH rating is overkill so that discussion is not needed.

Can't answer that definitively but, I think it wise to use the voltage EcoTech uses, 12v. If you are trying to get more amp hours and run a longer time I would use two 12 volts wired in parallel

Yeah I wanted to keep full flow since I have 200 aHs but with no support I will just do that. I originally wnet with Tunze streams but they became loud and one died. They will take 24v off a battery relay.
