24"x 2 LED/T5 Hybrid Fixture

I have a 24" Coralife T5 fixture and am ordering an AI Prime HD that I would like to combine into a 24" x 2 fixture similar to those of AquaticLife's with side or length mounts (not hanging unless from a mount) with a total width of 10".

Height would be 8 or more inches depending.

Can someone help me make something like this and if so, how much would you charge?
