Thought I will share the progress what I'm currently working on in my living room.
Got it up and runnning in December 2016. Started with 150lbs of pukani dryrock that has been cycled in Rubbermaid trough since August 2016.
Display is 240 gallons 8ftx2ftx2ft Staphire glass.
Sump is fed into my basement by two 20" reef synergy overflows...55 gallon trough tank that drains into 150 gal trough.
Filtration is reef octopus 200int skimmer and a algae turf scrubber.
Lighting is four Gen 3 radions and supplemented with t5s.
Flow is provided by two gyre xf250's.
Every fish first goes into a 55gal quarantine (treated with copper and Prazipro) before it goes into display.
Corals and inverts will be spending 10 weeks in a 20gal quarantine.
