240G front Drop off tank

So I'm curious on your engineering designs for your tank. How did you get the glass cut for the drop down? Also are you worried about any of the joints and pressure from the water? I don't think I've seen a drop down as big as yours, so that's why I ask. I'd like to do the same setup if I ever get a dream house. Lol. How thick is the glass? With that drop down, how did you design the support so the glass is not stressed. Sorry for all of the questions....
 
@Lowefx This the L shape side of the tank. Ignore the air bubble cos this pic taken before the tank maker fix that bubble

the tank maker used old method where all the glass sits on bottom glass. All glass used 12mm thick.
And bottom of the tank got another 12mm bracing so on the drop down part already 24mm glass glued on the drop off wall down.

I just read up on the tang it says 360 gallons u hunk he will be fine in the tank?? And that is an amazing fish. I really hope everything goes well for ya on this one
