25 Gallon AIO tank return pump upgrade?

I definitely feel like my tank is not getting enough flow with the return pump that I got with it. Are there any options under $75 for a new return that will fit in the chamber?

From what I understand, your primary source of flow shouldn't be from your return pump and instead via a powerhead. However, I have seen people use this in an Aquatop 24g .

I don't think the link posted correctly, I am running to jebao sw4 powerheads and I definitely think they have worn out over a year.
