Here is a tentative fish list I've put together for my new tank that measures 72*36*22". Hoping for some feedback on compatibility and order in which to add.

5 Yellow Tangs
7-9 Tierra/Resplendent Anthias
Spotted Mandarin (down the road when pods stabilize)
Helfrichi pair
Yasha Goby pair
Whitetail Brisletooth ?
Yellow Stripe Pygmy Wrasse*
Red Firefish*
2 Pajama Cardinals*
McCosker's Wrasse
Midas Blenny
Lawnmower Blenny* ?
Splendid Pintail Fairy Wrasse

* Means I have them already
? Means I'm not set on that selection

My biggest worries are the McCoskers and Splendid looking too much alike. The firefish also worry me. My red firefish is my son's favorite fish but Helfrichi are my number one fish. Then the normal tangs being jerks but all 5 yellows will be added at the same time.

a tank big enough to have large angels and you have none on ur list im disappointed

Fish don't excite me. Never have. Large angels aren't on any lists for me especially with coral.

I'm not even willing to risk a pygmy angel although I could do a flame angel in a heartbeat if I knew it wouldn't pick at some point.

Firefish should all be ok together (just need a lid). I would add the lawnmower blenny later once you have enough coralline and other algae to keep him happy. And some angels. :smiling-face-with-halo:

The lawnmower is on the questionable list because I'm positive it killed my chalk bass and midas blenny in my current tank. However, I never saw aggression and it hasn't bothered anything else which I find odd. Why not pick on the passive firefish? The blenny and bass weren't competing for algae so it's an odd situation

I've had three (now 4 lawnmower blennies), and never observed any aggression. The biggest challenge was keeping them alive for more than 3-4 months.

My LMB has been with me like 18 months or so. Lots of meaty food. They don't care for algae later in life IME

You know what the hardest part about this is? Finding a company to respond.

I've emailed, called, messaged, etc to 6 different companies looking for this list and not one has been responsive.
