250l 70 gallon flow

Just wondering about what to choose for flow I have a 250 litre 70 gallon tank I plan for it to be mainly sps with a few lps. I was looking at getting 2x mp10’s but my glass thickness is 12.5 ruling them out what I’m wondering is will 2x mp40’s dialed down be ok or to much?

2 MP40s is a great choice, if you don't mind the price point. Depending on dimensions of the tank, it probably won't be too much flow. As you said, you can turn them down.

There are several different brands of gyre-type pumps to look into too.

Price Is ok expensive but worth it from what I’ve read. The tank Is 38”L x 20”W x 24”h I thought with 2 mp40’s turned down it would be more quite than 2 mp10’s turned right the way up
