I'm switching back to MH after going to Black Box LED's, now I had great success with the LED's, but I just personally prefer MH. now that I have switch over I am using a brand new 250w 14k Phoenix bulb DE in a off brand fixture (fish need it brand- found it in my garage hahaha)
My question is how much time should I let pass before I know that the light I strong enough for my Monti's growing on the bottom of my tank and I have sps all the way down to about 24"?
second question is should I bite the bullet and get a better DE fixture( I would go mogul but I just bought this bulb)?
Third question is if I bought another fixture should I get two ?
my tank dimensions are 24x24x30
