250w HQI Ignitor

I know this may be a long shot but does anyone happen to have this or other HQI parts available? Hellolights use to carry them but their supplier stopped carrying them and now they are trying to find a new supplier.

All I need is the ignitor. So that is what I am hoping to get. Or an old cheap beat up HQI ballast is fine that I could get the parts out of.
