My 1k icecap gyre died this morning and is only 4 months old. I am very clean with my pumps as well..
I don't want this to happen again and I need a good reliable pump.
What do you recommend? The gyre was fantastic I was running it on the back right mounted vertically and it was fantastic. No deadspots whatsoever. But I need a new pump asap as only my return pumps are running now.
I have a lot of acropora, and they look happy without the gyre on right now but i guess I'll run it higher for now on the return while I wait for a new pump.
