26G AIO tank return pump and powerhead flow suggestions!

Hello everyone! Hope your week is off well!

I am currently building a 26 ish AIO tank (dimensions are 29x15x14 inches)and I am curious about what I should get for the return pump and the powerhead! I do not want to spend a huge amount of money but if I have to pay a little more for better quality I would consider it!

For the return pump, I am looking at and the powerhead Koralia Nano 565 GPH

Also for heating, I have a 50w heater already but I am wondering if two 50W would work or I would need a bigger one
