Photos and notes of my first attempt at a reef tank.

Aqua reef 275l cube with approx 40 litre sump

Aqua one g220 skimmer (think iv finally got it working correctly)

3600lph return pump

6000lph double impeller wave maker

18kg of fiji lr

Nice. What kind of lighting do you have?

Is that a gravity fed ATO in the back right corner? Did you make that?

I have 4 t5's in the hood (2 white & 2 blue) and yea that was my mk 1 gravity fed ato iv refined it now and it works very well i have quite a slow evaporation rate here so the 1 litre bottle works nicely for a day and it doesnt take much room. Best part it was free haha.

Im on west coast of the south island about 3.5hrs away from any lfs so this tank has been a total mission from day 1.
