29 bio cube flow

Hey guys how are you doing today hope everyone had a great Christmas. So here is a small video of my 29 gallon bio cube. So to start I had a gha break out after neglecting the tank over the summer and Ive just about got it beat so sorry about the floaters in the tank. About a 3 months ago I had a mp 10 leach into my tank and cause some problems little to my knowledge the magnet split really bad so I removed it. I left the tank with just the return and was kinda deflated. Well fast forward to now I pulled out 2 wp10s and put them into the tank the are on a pulse right now. So my question do oh think the flow looks good right now or does it appear to be to much ? Figure I’d ask for just another few sets of eyes looking at the tank. Please let me know.

You could turn them up more and everything will probably be fine. That sand bed is a tad deep for my taste. Might want to make sure you don't have sediment or debris accumulating on it.
