first off what should I use to clean my old liverock that hasn't seen water in a long time?

was wondering if what I want in it would work at all as well..

For corals I would like to have 3 acans, a frogspawn and a hammer.
For fish I was thinking 1 or 2 mandarin gobies, a green clown goby and possibly another goby.
For snails and crabs I was thinking around 7 turbo snails an emerald and or a sally lightfoot

The lighting in the tank is 16" 36w actinic 10k, 16" daylight 36w 10k, and 3 or 4 led bars in cool white and lunar blue.
any and all help is appreciated thanks !!!!

Give it a good scrub with RODI or Distilled water.
I don't keep that much snails I worry they may ran out to eat and starve. 1 Turbo and 1 of each of these- Margarita, Nerite, Nassarius and Tiger Conch.
