My wife wants a 29g fish only tank. Any suggestions on types and amount of fish would be greatly appreciated.
I currently have a JBJ 20 g rimless reef, with 2 Clowns and a watchman goby. Duncans, Candy canes Zoas and Pipe organ coral. I plan on cycling by using water change water, some of the live sand along with new and some of my bacterial filter media in the new filter.
Hardy easy to keep are
preferred. Not interested in chromis or damsels.

LOL, I asked what she wanted in it. She said 2 Clowns and a watchman goby! It's going in the bedroom.

beggani cardinals! (i cant ever spell them right). They are cool. Also dottybacks are colorful but can be mean. Could also get a mandarin dragonet (would need to wait until youve got pods) but they are stunning! Ive also got two firefish in my tank. I love those

The Clowns and watchman goby would probably get transferred, the cardinals are a great idea. The Mandarin will go in my reef once my pod population is established.
Looking into Tobacco and Chalk basslets for the new tank.

Assessor basslets are super cool looking if you can find one!

You can also add firefish goby, as mentioned Bangaii cardinal, tai spot blenny or scooter blenny

starry blenny, scissortail dartfish, zebra dartfish, sixline wrasse, yellow coris.
