Okay. It has been well over a year since I last updated this (almost like some sort of huge global event was going on that basically sucked the life outta everyone that it didn't literally end the lives of), so it is time for an update. Mostly a sad one.
As some of you may recall during this whole mess, there was also a really, really, REALLY bad winter storm dubbed Yuri (Uri? Not sure which spelling is tue one they used). Well, a few months before that, I started to have issues with a dino outbreak, which killed a few of my lps (hammer, frogspawn, duncans, cristata). Unfortunately, the winter storm did cause me to lose power, for about 24 hours. That was all it took for the dino to relapse worse than ever. I lost all remaining lps save my 2 leptastrea corals (still going strong) and my candy canes (they finally lost the battle about a month ago). In addition, I also lost my Royal Gramma, Fairy Wrasse, and Coral Beauty. In my 10 gallon I lost my Exquisite Firefish and about 2 weeks later my Sixline Wrasse.
Thankfully, The Ghost and The Darkness are still alive and well in the 29 gallon, and my soft corals (especially all my shrooms) have taken over. Still have some Dino, but I am dealing with it. Also need to restock on CUC, and plan to get more fish soon for both tanks. Baby steps though. Baby steps.... also Christmas is coming soon, so I might be more preoccupied with Christmas shopping (as well as a cruise at the end of November) to go seriously wild restocking yet.
