I collected these myself. I want to start captive breeding them. I know a lot of the big coral heads in the keys where you used to find dozens of neon gobies are all dead or dying. That may be partly why you don't see the wholesalers getting them anymore. I've had these for about 6 months and just now seeing the first pair spawn, at least that I know of.

Not at all.. it's very sad to see. I don't live down there though. Just collected these while on a trip. Hopefully by the end of the year I will have a decent stock of CB gobies.
Not really, I'll see them occasionally chase another one off, but not enough to cause any distress. IME, they do better the more you have. They are sort of a colonial fish at times, and when you have a decent amount it really helps keep them pretty docile towards each other.
Most photos I see this coral shows lots of green, and mixed colors. I'm hoping with lower nutrients and high par I can keep it mostly red. Seems red stags are getting harder to come across these days.
