Well i had a nice 80g shallow reef but a nearby tornado took out the power for a week and i lost most of my fish and coral. I restarted the tank but it never came back to what it had been. Sold it in frustration.

So i took the remaining fish and frags and fired up an old biocube, 67139433_10157089175925469_6783298079731744768_n.jpg

I'm sorry about your losses :(

Let's see the old Biocube. I have heard impressive things about them! Oceanic, right? I have the compact florescent version. Always wanted to try that hood!

Nothing exciting atm,, its growing out (lots frags).

Live stock.. gold stripe maroon female and gold nugget male, my dang bta split so there are now two of them. Burgess butterfly (monster apt muncher) and a 6 line.

Using MH 20k bulb, carbon, chemipure elite.

Live rock and marine-pure balls for filtration.

Will start dosing soon but just watching levels now and doing 5g water changes weekly.

Not running a heater as it stays at 80.5 all day. Trying to decide on a cooling method.

Return pump changed to maxijet 1200 and i have a full size gyre ( -10% +30%) for circulation
