Some corals
The last rhodactis bleached after a week in the tank, but I think it will recover.

Two new additions: red bubble tip anemone and a hammer.
The hammer got in the place of the brown leather, that i took off.

Someone have to leave. Beautiful crustacean, but too risky.
Moving the coral banded shrimp to a friends tank.

Some cyano appeared recently.
I decided to test nitrate and phophate with Hanna in the LFS.
Both are 0.0
I think thats the cause. Started feeding more and feeding the corals too.

A "little more" cyano :grinning-face-with-sweat:. Feeding the corals seems to feed cyano too.
I'll probably use azithromycin today.

Have you got any powerheads in the tank? A bit more flow would do wonders for clearing that cyano

Nope. I wouldn't risk a power head with an expensive anomone in the tank.
Unfortunally I don't have good options of nem guards here, and importing one from US would be pretty expensive.
I tryied to make this tank anemone proof.
I know antibiotics shouldn't be the first option, but I think this won't solve by it self in less then a few months.

3 days of treatment completed.
I'm collecting the overskimming foam now to remove most of meds, and then I'll complete with new water and put carbon.
Cyano is gone since yesterday, and a brown thing covered the hole tank, but goes off easily.

A few days after the treatment, the leather bleached. Its the only coral with side effects. I hope it recovers.

3 months update
The leather is still bleached, but its oppening normally.
Cyano is definitly gone for now.
I'm having trouble sustaining phosphates above 0.01 ppm. I feed the corals every other day now.
Some corals doesnt show any sign of growth, bu the anemone, hammer and rhodactis are growing.

Cyano is back and also some algae that seems like derbesia.
The xenia died.
The corals are pretty happy and growing. The cabbage leather is shedding, but it will open soob despite bleached. The green hair rhodactis recovered from bleaching.
My plan is to add a circulation pump with a sponge for nem protection, a rock algae blenny and a sand sifting starfish. I'll give some month before using any meds.

After using fluconazole, the algae is gone, and the anemone split into 3.
Cyano is still present, and I syphon the excess every week.
I also added a small circulation pump and covered it with a sponge to protect the nems.

The fluconozole treatment was finishing and I couldn't resist treating the cyano too lol.

Also, my skimmer died after turning off. I don't know if I'll buy another one, or go on without it.

Your tank is cleaning up nicely!

Skimmer is gone about 1 month ago. I'm running without one for now.
