29g Mixed Reef w/ Haddoni

Update. I dropped the skimmer a few weeks back due to a low nute problem. It has helped a bit but im still having to dose nitrate and phosphate to keep them from bottoming out. Added a small clarkii as well to pair up with big mama, that should help with nutes in the future. Also added a few more sps to the mix recently. Ill get some pics up tmrw.

Still having to dose phosphates every day. Seems everything is sucking it up as fast as I can dose it. Haddon hungry for the phosphates. Big mama still hasn't taken in the new little spotted clarkii but I'm hopeful as he grows she will take him in.

Lots happened since last I posted. About 1 week ago I had to make a move to NC. About 350 miles away. Tank made it 100%. Literally no losses. Im more than stoked. I split the water into 3 different containers. Moved the big rocks with corals into the different containers and made sure they were stable. Nessled them into the back of the Tacoma with the other stuff I was moving. No top, no bubblers and no temp stabilization. I imagine the air from the highway injected plenty of oxygen into the water while the sunlight kept the temp perfect while also feeding the coral. They were polyp extended the entire 7 hour drive, happy as could be. Got everything settled into its new area as soon as I arrived of course. 2 days later it looks like nothing happened. Hopefully I dont have to do this again anytime soon lol.

Congratulations on the successful move! Your tank looks great. I have a maxspect razor too, sweet light IMO. Anyways cool build and I look forward to following!

Thanks man! I've had nothing but love for my Maxspect since I started using it. Great light.
