What do you guys and gals think about the shelf life on these foods and supplements?
They haven't been touched in about 16 months, sealed tight in the basement.
Not too worried about the flake and pellet, but more the Frenzy and Reef Roids.
Should I keep them and use them or replace them with new fresh stuff?

I would still use the reef-roids and coral frenzy, but the flake/pellet I would trash.
Even if they were sealed up tight, they already got air into the container and I would assume that it would aid in breakdown.

I take pretty good care of my fish though, and am REAL picky as far as what they eat, so I always air on the side of caution.

I guess it would depend on how big of a reef I had.

It is was 300+ they would be mowing on that stuff for sure.....

all the foods contain some form of fat or volital fatty acid. When they were exposed to O2 they start degrading. I would trash all of them because the fats and fatty acids have probably gone rancid by now.

Ditch and buy new give the tank good and fresh quality, spend to much to use the old product!
