2k will not go into reverse

I have a icecap 2k that is set to sine wave mode. Up until today it was working as I expected. Pump would turn forward for 30 seconds and then reverse for 30. Today however it runs forward and then runs forward again even though status says it’s going into reverse. I have “allow reverse” set to on in both outputs and schedule. Any body have any ideas?

I hope not it’s only a month old. Red somewhere about resetting the controller. I’ll try that when I get home.

That's what happened to mine, but only channel 1. (I have two 2k) my issue started with the last update they had out. Tried a reset but it didn't work.

Mine also started this problem right after the last update. I tried a reset but it was no help. Hoping the next update will help.

That happened to me too! It's a fw issue, I've been talking to customer service all week. I reset my controller and then it reverted to fw 190 and I haven't updated it again. It's back to normal now on the old fw.

I did this too, no more issues. Pumps spin in both directions.

I must be doing the reset wrong because mine didn’t revert to FW 190.
