2nd Hand Radion

I bought two separate used radions from two different sellers here on reef2reef I bought a reeflink new and am trying to hook up the radions to it. One hooked right up wirelessly. The other didnt so i hooked it up using a usb. I have sat here and let it search for 30 minutes about 3 times and its not connecting. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix it. Thanks

I had that issue when I had my 2nd hand radion g2. It would not connect by usb using different pc and other usb cable. I sent to ecotech and it was fine and seem to only work with the cable they use. Do you have the original usb? If not maybe that’s why yours won’t connect. I don’t get why only the usb they use works but it was my fix.
