2nd Sterile QT tank, question about transfer time

I'm following Humblefish's copper QT treatment - If I'm doing the 14 days in QT with copper, then transferring to a 2nd sterile QT, how long does the fish need to be in the 2nd QT tank for? And anything I need to do in the second QT besides observe?

I believe, Two rounds of General Cure 5-7 days apart in the water column and then another two weeks of observation
