3.7 gallon invert frag tank build

just wanted to start a thread about my 4 (technically a 3.7) gallon invert frag tank I'm starting! I've never done a tank this small but it'll be a fun project. The tank I'm using has a back 3 part chamber to work with for filtration and came with an led light that has day and night options but I'll probably still upgrade it before I get any frags. Right now I just have the sand and the dry rock in there (used dry rock I had on hand, will get different sizes soon for a prettier Aquascape) will update as I go

I'm thinking of stocking with sexy shrimp and Pom pom crabs. Any suggestions are welcome!

Do you know a lot about harlequin shrimp? They are really cool but they require more care then normal shrimp. They will only eat live starfish. They do look really cool though

I don't know a lot about bumblebee shrimp but they looks cool too!
Sexy shrimp are a lot of fun to watch. I have some in my 29 reef.

I LOVE harlequins. But I also love starfish. Don't know if my heart can handle it

Question: The tank has a 4 part chamber in the back for filtration and came with carbon, a sponge, and some other piece of filtration. Should I remove all of that? I'm just learning more about how using a filter and live rock at the same time is redundant. I've always done it with all of my other salt tanks so I'm still learning

I feel the same way

I am trying to get rid of my brittle star that is driving me crazy!!:mad: Then I might get s harlequin to eat up my asternia stars that I love but they eat coralline algae and I want that to grow faster then it is.
