I have 3 sol whites,they are the original gen1 heatsinks with the upgrade to gen2 lights and newest power supplies. So the only thing gen1 is the heatsinks
2 lights are perfect and running on my tanks now.
1 had 4 single leds out on separate picks which are available on ai's website
Or you can solder new ones in.
Doesn't really effect the lighting of it anyway
$130 each and $75 for the one with a few bulbs out
