3 days no light question

Today is the 3rd day I’ve had my lights off. Trying to beat this Dino battle! When I turn my lights back on I’m going to cut my lighting schedule in half . But do I run them the same intensity? Or should I throw it in acclimation to be safe? Ai prime hd16

I would lower the intensity just to be safe and not shock anything.
