Hi all,
Yesterday morning I lost my lemon peel angel and was going to check all my levels this morning. This morning I noticed my flame angel also died. I tested everything I can.
Ph 7.8
Sal 1.024
Amm 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
Alk 11.2
Mag 1320
Call 430
Temp 77.4
All my remaining fish 2 black clowns and 1 wrasse look healthy. But so did both my Angel's friday. All my corals are growing fast except my zoe's are not opening.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anything new that was "wet" added to the tank in the last 30 days or so, like fish, corals, inverts, macroalgaes, etc.?

Here are a couple of pics from today and the other is from Friday before issue arose

My only new piece is my duncan coral which had 3 heads at time of purchase 3 weeks ago and now has 8. So that is doing great

Do the clowns have a light dusting on them?

Do any of the fish show spots?

Ok gotcha so a really new tank....

Were all the fish added around the same time?

Yes my clown has a light dusting to them. I started with both clowns 1st then 2 weeks later added the wrasse and flame angel. The lemon was the last fish I added about 2 1/5 weeks ago. No other noticable spots on any fish, nor the ones that died.

Any water changes recently ? RO/DI water or tap water (asking but not implying sink water is the issue) ?
(semi-unnecessary side story) I remember once I purchased live copepods (reefcleaners website) it was a green liquid didn't visually see any copepods. I had suspicions but used it anyways, measured alk, ph, everything before and after, no changes; nonetheless all my corals died, luckily I just moved to a new house & sold most of my corals. In short, I tested everything I can, but still there was an issue.

I only use pre made ro/di salt water from my lfs and always check those numbers before I change my water. I changed 10% last sunday. Was planning on doing another 40% today.

Did you quarantine your fishes?
No, when I ask that question my lfs stated that they dip and quarantine them for a week before they're available for sale. They been in business for 40ish years and have dealt with them years ago when I had fresh water tanks. This is my first salt/reef aquarium.

I can't solve your current issue, but my main piece of advice would be patience, take it slow. Let the tank mature a few more months before adding more livestock. Also, your LFS has the opposite motivation. They want to sell things, and want you buy, buy, buy, always pushing the limits of your system. And finally, you should QT, regardless of their assurances.

With the symptoms you're describing and the pics you posted it looks like you're dealing with velvet, you will want to treat your remaining fish quickly in a hospital tank

Curious when you purchased the clown did he have a light dusting then ? I never had a fish disease nor a fish with a light dusting, for me this indicates the fish is sick; I agree with above post, you tank likely is suffering from a fish disease.
If the clown got this dusting after being added I have to wonder if something made him stressed, also makes me wonder why the angel fish died so suddenly. Nonetheless, it all just seems to point to the same direction, fish disease, parasite, virus... Good luck : /

Fallow was skipped, that’s the same thing as skipping quarantine. Skipping fallow undoes paying extra for quarantined fish, it literally reverses all quarantine efforts to have one without the other- a requisite pair. Add one snail that didn’t come through a fallow prep, undone. A single frag, etc

I just read the article you attached which was very informative, thank you
