3 gallon pico stocking?

So my 3 gallon has just finished cycling so its time to get stocking?
Any suggestions as to what I should stock I'm pretty clueless? I was thinging maybe one scarlet hermit and a cerith. Any other things to go along. with that?

Ive seen people put clown gobies in picos but they just seem very skittish and don't really seem to add much movement to the tank?

Are there any larger shrimp that I could add to act as a centerpiece maybe a peppermint or the smaller types of coral banded shrimp? I was considering sexies but apparently they can eat coral and are fairly expensive at my lfs.

You could put a hermit crab in there but I am not a fan of crabs because they can be destructive. Pom Pom crabs are not as destructive though and they are quite interesting. The only thing I have against them is that they can sting corals with their anemones

I would recommend sexy shrimp. I don't know where you heard they can eat corals. I don't have problems with that and I haven't heard of anyone who has.

As far as clean up crew, I would lean towards nassarius snails. I would stay away from the bigger snails because they can topple over rocks and coral fraps. Stometella snails are also very interesting and they are a great CUC.

The only fish I would consider putting in a 3 gallon is a clown gobie. You also may be able to put a yashi gobie my in there because it will not leave its burrow very often.

I have 3 Sexy shrimps on 3g and couple of corals and it does not bother the corals.
Also in there are Pom Pom crabs that are I rarely see- tends to hide alot.
