My waste water revert back to the 3 membrane. So there is no waste water wasted. The question i have is: is it still good even the water is 0 Tds.

That last membrane will be used up relatively fast in my opinion and unnecessary if your TDS is 0 after the 2nd membrane... unless you live in So-Cal and the water ***** are watching...
