3 small tangs white and red on head

Hi is this hlle? Just got in these small tangs the forehead is red looking and has white around their head area I tried to get a decent pic. The body area is clean looks great.

Any idea ?

It's difficult to tell from the pictures, but from what I can see it looks like the beginnings of HLLE. A good healthy diet and clean water can help reverse that before it gets worse and scars permanently. I really want to see better pictures before committing to that diagnosis though.

^^This. Soaking fish food in vitamin supplements (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) can't hurt though (no matter what.) Also, check for stray voltage and make sure you are not running cheap carbon (dust leaches out into the water column).
