I have a 10 gallon nano tank with one 11 watt LED fixture, one 16 watt, and one 3 watt fixture, which comes out to exactly 3 watts per gallon. Any ideas for corals? Not looking at any non-photosynthetic corals. Thanks

That 3 watts per gallon measurement is more related to t5 and compact fluorescents. What you really need to be concerned about is the watts per led diode, the spectrum they produce and the par level they produce. Ideally 3 watt LEDs will do whatever you need.

I agree with Adam that 3 watt per gallon theory is way outdated. I would not consider that "rule" with led lighting its all in the led. You can jam pack a bunch of 1 watt leds into a fixture and still not be able to grow more than a few softies and you can have just a few 3 watt leds and be able to grow anything you want and probably burn some coral in the process from to much light.
