Both have enough power to deliver what you want. With the radions you will probably need multiples.
One thing to consider is how muc par you want on the sand. Both will do 100 in the sand easy, and have plenty of light up high for high light coral. But you will prbaly look at multiple g4 to get 200 on the sand.
A consideration of this is, med and low light coral won’t like the 200 on the sand.
My frogspawn for example did not appreciate over 200. Neither will many encrusting sps or deep water acro and sps. So for most , 100 par on the sand is good. Unless you really want that clam there.
