30 gallon build

hi im going to do a 30 gallon AIO build but the thing is the display is sideways with the sump on the side of the tank, and a 25inch dispplay i was wondering if a ai16 light would be enough and a nero 5 pump would be enough to move the water enough for LPS and soft coral mixed reef

it depends on how you angle it and what the box recomends for gallon size
