I actually just got my dosing pumps set up yesterday. I have been manually dosing for the past year so hopefully with the addition of my dosing pumps I will have more stability. I usually dose about 2 ml each of brs alkalinity and calcium per day. I also dose phytochrom once every 2-3 days. It's helped with coloring up most of my sps.

I use a kessil a350w. It's worked great but I'm considering switching to a single 150 watt halide. Haven't decided yet.

I have thought about t5 but there isn't a fixture that will fit how I'd like on this tank. I'm a big aesthetics guy and if I don't like how it looks I won't leave it lol. I just got a 24x24x12 cube with a 6 bulb t5 and it is going to be my first time running anything other than led. I'm going to use that tank as a frag tank so I'll see how I like t5

nice! yeah most of the people i know that have T5's have great success growing coral.

I love the nuvo tanks. My upgrade will most likely be one of the new Sr series tanks.

I would say mine is at about 60% white and 70-75% blue.

Yeah for sure. I gradually got to the percentages that I'm at now over a period of probably a year. Not that it should take you that long but I just did very little at a time.

Thats cool. Do u lower it when u put new corals in? Like to acclimate them to the amount of light? Jw
