300 gallon tank, stand, hood, sump

I am going to shut down part of the fish room. I am going to put the tank/stand/sump all in my office vs sending from fish room up. Going to go rimless and smaller. Looking at the Red Sea 900XXL. I want everything on the same level just don’t have time for the fish room and frag tanks and extras. I’ll keep my water drums downstairs, ATO, QT system etc. keeping my rock.
