I'm assuming this would be a bit too ambitious and am looking for feedback!
This would be stocking for a 30g nano reef. I do not wish to overstock the tank, and have narrowed down my choices to these four fish, and three inverts. I appreciate your thoughts and concerns.

1x Ocellaris Clownfish (Aware that they can be a bit aggressive. Some have said one is fine, others are suggesting at least two. Opinions?)

Firefish Goby (I wouldn't want the clownfish to bully the firefish, and would provide good hiding spots.)

Orchid Dottyback (This is a beautiful fish that I'm hoping would work well. I'm unfortunately finding it hard to grab a ton of information on them though, and am hoping they would be peaceful enough compared to other dottyback species.)

Yellow Watchman Goby

As for inverts, I would want a Tiger Pistol Shrimp to pair with the Watchman Goby.
A Cleaner Shrimp-- they look awesome, and if I had to choose one, the red on this Shrimp is beautiful. Hoping it would work out.
One Nassarius Snail. I've read they are great cleaners.

Again, I do not wish to break the bioload or overstock, and am wondering if there is anything that you all would alter, change, etc. I don't see this stocking working out, as this would be my first nano reef tank.

Thank you : )

Here's a nice link on Dottybacks to help you decide: http://www.tfhmagazine.com/details/articles/dottybackschoose-carefully.htm

+1 on Firefish. Singles work best. Pairs or more often fight each other.

+1 on the Ocellaris Clownfish. The ORA captive bred are very nice.

Consider adding snails to clean glass, rock, etc. Dwarf Ceriths would work nicely. Nerites as well.

I have a similar sized display (34g) and my clowns (2yr old pair) and the firefish get along fine but he does have a cave in the rocks he likes to hide in when he isn't feeling safe/sleeping which helps. They are pretty skidish but one of my favorite fish so I always try and have one.

My stocking list is pretty much identical to yours. Pair of clowns, sand sifting goby (not the pairing type sadly), firefish, cleaner shrimp and a few homicidal hermits and cerith snails. Never had a orchid dotty but I agree they are very pretty fish
