30gal tank, ran for 2 years, moray eel, etc. Local only

So I have 3 tanks and I'm planning on moving in January.. do I need to start selling. I'm starting with my 29 gal tank, about 20lbs of live rock, large pieces of PVC, and the only livestock is a white chain moray eel. He is pushin 12-15 inches. Local pickup only, willing to do a very very good price. Zip is 34953. Pm for more details. So its the tank, stand, filter ( standard hob) hood with light, I'll throw in a mag float, and the eel.
