I have a stock 32 gallon biocube with mostly softies and lps, with a few sps. I have been looking into ways to upgrade the flow in the tank. What are your suggestions? What powerheads (and sizes) would be good in a tank like this? Thanks!

In my biocube I have a hydor korililia 240 gph and a tunze 6055.if I did it again I would just buy two cheap hydors and the hydor control which wouldn't cost too much or two cheap jabeos. You have a ton of choices, gyres, neros, vortech. AC or DC. You just have to think what your goal is for the flow and how much you want to spend. Just my 2 cents. Happy reefing

I have a 29 gallon Biocube and I have 2 Hydor koralia 425 gph controlled by a Hydor wave controller that set at both operating for 15 minutes then resting 15 minutes. My return pump is a MJ1200. The return outlet is a Vivid aquatics random flow generator. I believe the flow is adequate.

Try it vertical on the left side :)
Exactly my plan! I typically view it from the right side.
