I have a 32 gallon biocube tank and I’m trying to get suggestions on what I should move/add to make it better

The volcano is a bad idea. The bubbles pop on the surface and the resulting splash will deposit salt water on the sides, top of the tank and when it drys salt creep will form. IMO it looks like a great minimalist tank. I would just replace the fake plants with some Gorgonian corals.
Gorgonian corals.

The area behind the false wall. Where your return pump, skimmer, media basket, etc, go.

AIO's are built like a normal tank with a sump, with the exception being no traditional sump. They have the back chambers as a "sump".

Your biocube has 3 chambers in the back.

#1 is the area with the slats cut in the back (right side) for your water to enter the back for filtration.
most people put the heater in there along with a skimmer is you want.
#2 is your filtration chamber (the middle chamber) where you can put filtering media and a refugium if you want.
#3 is where your return pump goes (left side)

I would look into buying a titanium heater too, not a fan of the glass

No problem :) do some searches on this site, you will get a lot of good ideas.

i agree with moving the heater and removing the fake plants and volcano. i would also swap out that boxfish in the upper right corner. they can grow to be a foot and a half long and are difficult to feed. they can also be poisonous if they are stressed or die. i would return it to the lfs and get a different fish. google "marine nano fish" for good recommendations.

more information on the cubicus boxfish.
