In-Tank media basket
Will be adding a matrix bag later.
Temp 100w heater ( my adjustable heater a no show still waiting)
30lbs Carib Sea Arag-Alive Substrate Hawaiian Black
25lbs live rock, lots of holes.

Air pump just in case
Wish list
quarantine tank 10 to 15g
Maybe a sump setup.

My target is easy to moderate corals, and hardy fish species that are reef safe. Love a colorful dragonet but my setup atm just too small will have to look into copepods later for their diet needs.


This is the 1 day after setup will post another pic when I get home. I have cleaned glass and currently its looking better and bit more alive no corals so far, had a sick kenya tree in there I got super cheap but, had to toss it. ownership about two weeks.

Just wanted to give an updated picture here it is about 2 weeks later. Lawnmower blenny in there somewhere he is always watching... Other then that bioload still real light waiting for my day off Tuesday to pic up some frags at an awesome LFS in Houston. They have a wide range of 5 dollar frags . Unlike Petco here which all look sick. Unfortunately its an hour away, and city traffic. Might pick up some more rock not 100% sure on that just yet. 21lbs seems a bit low for a 32 gallon, should at least 10 more lbs. Snails are dead I have been doing real good flipping the turban snails when they fall. I just god some empty shells to keep the hermits happy.

Just want to give a update after 2 months. Updated to an external filter. Still have skimmer and media basket. Everything going good. My fire shrimp dead, possible it got eat by anemone sepia. I killed my camel shrimp after it snacked on my green bubble tip anemone and it killed that anemone. I replaced it with a rose anemone super. Upgraded lighting to xr30 pro radion. Also go mp10 wave maker from echotech. All in all doing great. Corals are striving, fish are happy. Only goal is to keep them growing add a few more and get a colorful gobby. I have planted a large copepod population just waiting for them to mature.
