So I got a biocube 32g.

The menu button seems to not be working. I have hit the rest button, but no dice.

Any suggestions?

Un plug and try again, if that doesn't work there should be a small reset button you need to use a paper clip with, try to hold it until it cycles. Once reset the menu button should work. Be careful unplugging the lights while on as some people experience what you are talking about if that accidentally happens.

I don't have my old manual around but they do have them online....We ended up taking the lid off of ours and adding a better light for corals, which may be something to think about.

I think the menu button is fried. Unplugged, reset, took the control board out. Nothing. Probably will just upgrade

You can call coralife if it’s brand new and they’ll send you a new one: they have super great customer service. Plus, the stock LEDs have been good enough for me to grow LPS and tons of zoa. I’ve got candy canes, blasto, and hammer coral all doing fine under the stock LEDs and return pump. My candy cane has gone from two nearly dead heads to 15 heads in 7
months.

edit: FYI my biocube cracked due to a furnace issue in my house and coralife sent me a new one (it’s on the way) with very little questioning on their part. Super nice people. Even paying me to ship my old one back so they can test it to see why it cracked.
