Just decided I will be upgrading my 75g to a 330g. So please show me your large aquarium aquascapes! The one thing I regret about my 75 is not putting enough time into the scape besides not having a sump, anyway this tank will have one but aquascapes please! I need ideas.

Check out the BRS 360 video of Ryan's new tank.

this is 1100 gallon 5' x 10' x 36"

So I just realized the tank I’m getting is a 330g tank but it’s cubed? Is that possible? I’ve never seen a tank that size be cubed. At least it looks cubed to me.

That tank doesn't look close to 300+ gallons. Maybe the pic is deceiving.

Looks worn out too. I'd do a serious inspection and make sure it's full of water to leak test.

The picture could very well be deceiving. The far side might be longer than it looks from the front side. It’s hard to say.

Waiting for the lady to respond but I am thinking this is actually a 240g w a sump she’s counting towards the gallons. Even then that would be a huge sump.

How good is the deal?

400$ lol, I’m definitely buying it as long as it’s leak proof wether it actually be 240 or 330. If it’s leak proof that’s a couple grand I’m saving.I think it looks just like this tank I found on eBay.

Such Little Rock in such a huge tank. I would cry if I ever had the opportunity to have such a large tank.
I do have more rock in my sump that I may move to the display but wanted to start with a lot of open space. My mistake on my last couple of tanks was to put in too much rock and not leave room for corals to grow.

True I get that, my 75 is very just plain with the aquascape, I wanted more open area but it’s just very low in the tank all the open area ended up being at the top. I can’t decide how I want to scape, I love densely packed with rock but also very minimal like yours.

Having that center overflow will effect the scape. May need to play around for a while before finding something you like.

I hope that tank deal works out for you it looks like a good deal. I used to have a 225 acrylic and if that tank has scratches I would recommend Novus to polish it up. Novus polish can make it look just like the one in the Ebay picture.

Definitely, the first thing I’ll be buying is the rock so I can play with it a lot while I am waiting on the rest of the supplies. I imagine it will take me a while to have the money for everything very expensive hobby I have become addicted too.

I work with the lady she’s actually a nurse ( technically my boss)at the nursing home I work at, but I trust her not to try n sell me something that has cracks but I will still be leak proofing bc that’s a lot of money for a tank with leaks even being such a good deal. Will prolly be trying that for some scratches if I ever have to deal with that! Thank you
