You can use any MH ballast, don’t have to be ReefBrite. I was using old BlueWave M80 ballasts, perfect for Radiums.

Do u need to run a chiller with this fixture? Sorry for all the questions but I’ve been using LEDs and T5’s all the time, but mh tanks are just unreal with colors and growth. [emoji106][emoji886][emoji225]

No worries. It depends on your setup, but I didn’t need to run a chiller or fan. The fixture is surprisingly cool. It does get warm, but you can keep your hand on it.
