36" Aquatic life Blue Stunner

Have a Blue stunner which is Very intense blue....by aquatic Life and is Very similar in intensity to the ReefBrite units. This one works perfect and is 36" but has a moody switch....switch has to be in the right position or light goes out. Had it plugged in today for 5 hours and stayed lit as it should. I replaced with Reefbrite units.
Once it is on- stays on....its' .like the switch wants to be in a certain spot. If connected to a timer will be of No issue
