36 Gallon Bow Front Reef Stocking

I am planning out a 36 gallon bow front reef tank. The below list is what I would like to stock it with. From my research, these fish are suitable for a tank this size, but I am not sure if the combination of fishes are compatible together or if I have overstocked. What do you think?

1 of each:
Ocellaris clownfish
Royal gramma basslet
Yellow tail damselfish
Orchid dottyback
Lawnmower bkenny
Yellow watchman goby
Scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
Banded coral shrimp

Looks pretty good.

I wouldn't mix the gramma and the dotty, so I would pick one.

I would get a pistol shrimp for the goby over the coral banded shrimp, since I don't trust them, and the shrimp/goby combo is wonderful.

As said above the pistol shrimp goby pair is amazing. I would but 2 clownfish in together they always seem so much happier in pairs

For the last fish I'm torn between an Adorned Wrasse for its pest control abilities or a Royal Gramma Basslet.

Royal gramma are good for pests too. Basslets hunt constantly. I had a harlequin and a corris wrasse together in my biocube and the basslet outdid my wrasse 2-1 on how many bristle worms and pods he mauled.

In that case I lean more towards the Royal Gramma since it is a bit smaller and I think would do better in my tank.

That dottyback is a jerk. Might have just got a bad one.

I have a royal Gramma and a neon Dottyback. The gramma was added two weeks before the dottyback. They get along just fine. suggest the dottyback to be the last one added to your group.

There’s a dottyback that looks similar to the orchid without the black stripe over the eye that people say can be aggressive.
