36 inch ATi sunpower, 6 bulbs fixture

I have a 36inch, 6 bulb fixture, around 15 months, I am the 2nd owner. I have a total of 12 bulbs. The bulbs are around 4-5 of use. The bulbs are:

5 ATI blue plus
2 ATI aquablue special
2 ATI actnic,
Koralen fiji purple,
wave point bulb,
1 ati pro color

there is a small chip in the plexiglass cover, VERY small, Doesnt affect anything. $350. plus shipping and PP fees.
