36" tank on a 60" stand

I have a really nice stand that is 60" and I was thinking of putting a 40 breeder on it? Its a solid wood stand not particle board

Think I would be good or would I need to add reinforcements underneath ? Trying not to so i can have a bigger sump in the stand

how wide is top ,front to back ?

40Breeder filled with rock sand and saltwater weighs about 515lbs. Would you feel comfortable with you and 2 large friends standing on the thing? If so, proceed.
