All you need to do is remove the algae from the glass, and the reef will look much better. my smaller reef looks the same at times, until I get off my butt and do something about it

Absolutely no offence intended, as with any tank a thriving tank is the best sign of health and happiness. Again, no offence was intended.

No worries I just thought it odd that someone would mess with a picture to highlight imperfections on a picture over a month old ...that looks like your only comment on my thread from what I've seen. The last full tank shot there is minimal algae on the glass. I find it great to build up and clean the glass to feed the corals.
My pictures are taken with a Samsung not 4 with the exposure turned down so wysiwyg. Like all of use I try to do what I think is correct for my inhabitants .
We are good , no dramas and thanks for looking.

All I wanted was to correct colors (white balance), because the tank is splendid in my opinion.

Well my tank has decided to give me bad news . I seem to have brown jelly on some montipora that's on the sand bed. Everything tests out ok but I can only assume the coral plus tube is very strong...tissue is pealing off. Here are some sad pictures .
