3D Diffuser

Got a 3D Diffuser for my Hydra32. My question is, do you guys think I need to raise the intensity of my lighting to compensate for the lens on the diffuser?

I believe I once heard from a guy who knows a guy that par drops by 15% with a certain diffuser so I would assume that yes up your intensity by atleast 10%.

I have a 3D reefing diffuser on my prime HD and the seller said I should only adjust percentages up 10%.
